The beach view outside of our room was beautiful but I expected a much better room. The picture of the room on hotels.com is deceiving as the room was old, with old odd furniture, the bedside lights were unplugged, there were limited electrical outlets except for the power strip. There were no hangers in the closet. No iron or ironing board. The ac worked well but was very noisy. The room was never cleaned during the 3 day stay. Oh and the parking lot was beyond full and we were required to park near the adjacent property.

During check in there was one friendly person no welcome nor hi from the others standing around. Asked if we would have a ocean view.... no you have a pool view, ocean view is an upcharge... we had a view of the back of the building. There was no shower curtain, the phone didnt work to call the desk, the bathtub had cigarette burns all over and the floor to the bathroom was nasty. The grounds would have been gorgeous but where pet owners werent responsible made for nastiness. Thankful we didn't have small children that run around. Then there was the safety issue of people knocking on our door..... i have never ever given a review like this. I alway find good in everything but thisntime wasnt the time!

It is the worst stay we have had. 47 minutes to check in because of a long line, and then the key cards didn’t work. The rooms were SO moldy that they made us sick (sore throats, headaches, nerve pain). The floor was dirty and so much of the bathroom baseboards were rotted from water damage. No working soap dispenser, no bar soap. No bathroom vent fans. It was so horrible and I wish we had not stayed.

First, if you get there anytime before or around 4 for check in there will be a long wait. There was only 1 person at the desk checking people in until others finally helped. The 3rd building is outdated. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning. There was footprints still in the tub. There was possible mold? around the floorboards under the sink. Bathroom looked like it had not been swept because of hairs along the edge of the floor. The doors were dirty. I bought lysol and clorox wipes. Will not stay here again.

My Family and I had a wonderful visit everyone was wonderful and very polite. Only thing that I might change was a lot of the other visitors was smoking a lot of pot and the kids kept asking what that funny smell I have nothing against it mind you but not around the kids but better than being around a bunch of obnoxious drunks !!!!

Ocean view was nice. The property is showing signs of age and poor upkeep. Rooms were not that clean and staff we dealt with were not very professional in customer service or attire .

Nice sea view. Cold ac and the sheets were clean. Wasnt able to park my golf cart in there parking lot. Had to park 2 blocks away in there overflow parking. The security guy seemed a little uptight but he was cool. Also there was a male staff member that watched me throw the football off the balcony, i told him tom brandy was my dad but yeahh he was one of the nicest people there he was cool too. Good stay for the price.
