Very dark. No lights on that night outside. Pitch black outside around the resort in the third building. The room Was dirty and had a weird smell. Gave us all the hibbie jeebies. We checked out after being there for two hours.

As I woke up this morning I noticed there was water on the floor and some of my luggage and clothing were soaked from water coming through my door.. Here I have a video of were the floor is wet and water coming from the door.. This is unacceptable and I am reaching out for compensation..

I hate to leave this but it’s important for people to know… just pass on this if your looking. I saw the reviews and thought it is only one night i can handle that! What a disaster. First off the place is seriously mismanaged. The lady in front is nice but super stressed out with no help. Also we paid extra for a ocean view and they were sold out, we watched about 4 couples who did the exact same thing going through same thing as us. I should have knew something was up because as soon as we tried to check in and walked through front doors, there was customers already arguing with front desk. So it was late and we just went with a parking lot view and was told to come speak with manager in the morning. We went to our room and in the bathroom was a roach! We took a pic! The next morning we went to speak with the 2 managers and both were “off” that day! On top of that the girl in the front desk said she would refund about 16 dollars that we paid extra for the ocean view. And basically told us have a nice day! Also the coffee in the cafe is nasty and the one person working behind the counter is running around trying to do everything. I waited about ten minutes just to get a cup so i could pour coffee into it…4$ later terrible coffee and service all around … not the kind of place u wanna take your valentine, or family for that matter

The room was ok although it didn't seem to be taken care of... the ladys at the desk when i checked in were friendly enough but the lady at the front desk this morning was rude and unhelpful. i was runnning late and asked her if I could book a couple extra days online and finish the paper work when i got back and she said in a snappy voice.. i understand but you have to fill out the paperwork now ... which ive been to alot of hotels and they've always let me book online and finish the paperwork when i got in that evening. She was so rude it put a cloud over mybwhilebstst

I mean... For a place I booked less than 24 hours in advance it worked for my scenario. However the room was very old, the door handle of the bathroom was loose the taps in the bathroom were reversed between cold and hot the balcony door would not stay open to allow breeze in and one of the restaurants in the hotel was closed the entire time I was there. The walls were also super thin I could hear my neighbors children playing and screaming and laughing. They were some outdoor areas to sit but they need an update for sure they are falling apart and cracking. There are three pools but one of them was closed the entire time I was there. The only place to get ice is the one restaurant area and they only allow you to fill a small bucket at a time there's no large ice machines or options to buy bags of ice. They come and check everyday to see if you need towels and toilet paper however there's no sign on the door you can put to say "do not disturb" and someone woke me up in the middle of a nap just to deliver toilet paper and towels that I did not need on my second day there.

The view was great ( from the hotel window) no balcony without opening the main door. Property is old and definitely needs some improvement. Staff could have not been better…. But it’s very dated and walls are very thin-so not much privacy. All I can say is, it was clean, staff was great, and service was good.
