D406 is a fully furnished deluxe floor plan that will accommodate up to eight guests with its spacious 1200 sq. feet floor plan.
This unit was completely remodeled in December 2024 and features tile throughout and a large, tiled master walk in shower.
The living room has a HD Smart TV, a sofa pull-out queen-size sleeper, loveseat, recliner and sliding glass doors that lead to the large balcony.
The dining area includes a table that seats six guests, along with a bar that seats two. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, a Keurig coffee maker also a 12-cup drip coffee maker, blender, toaster and more.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, full dresser, HD Smart TV, and an additional chair for sitting. There is a Graco Pack and Play in the master closet for sleeping the little one.
The guest bedroom has two queen size beds, a HD Smart TV, a sliding glass door that leads to its own small private balcony, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is a washer/dryer and in-room bath towels and linens are provided for you, just wash as you go during your stay.
The balcony has a bar height table with four chairs and one lounge chair. The balcony off the guest bedroom has two chairs, view-faces the water, you can also see down the beach East/West, with a sunset view. You can also view half of the D/E pool area from the balcony.
