The room was poorly taken care of, with bugs and very dirty. The toilets had feces on them and the TV was not properly working, we it didn't work the entire time we were there. I went down and asked for assistance which never happened. The kitchen didn't have all the necessary items to cook etc. It had the bare items and was not accustom to someone staying longer than 2 days. The chairs were plastic lawn chairs in the living room. We had several others staying in the same building and their units were much nicer and had proper furniture and kitchen accessory's. I was not impressed at all and it made it worse that I tried to get some assistance and that did not happen. I was told I could check out. Terrible and Sad because the location and overall building is nice. I did note that the construction was going on but thats understandable. Nothing could be done could be done about the construction and that was fine, you couldn't hear it nor did it bother anyone.

Room was ok. We had to book last min due to a fire in the duplex attached to the one we were renting for our stay and having to shut off power. Nothing was listed online about some of the balconies being blocked off due to construction. Arrived and our balcony was blocked. Remotes to the tvs in the bedrooms didn’t work, Dishwasher not steady & was tippy and pulled out from the cabinet it was once screwed to, handle on sink in kitchen was not attached and fell off, fridge leaked water, only 2 forks in entire the condo, carpet ripped in the hall/living room. Top it all: Housekeeping came to our room at 10:30pm while we were sleeping. None of us heard the doorbell at first and when I finally did as I was approaching the door they unlocked the door with a code and opened it and almost came in until they saw my husband. They claimed to be looking for a jacket. Housekeeping was not in uniform at this time and was hard to identify if they actually worked for the resort. Called security and they told us to call the front desk in the AM and asked if they got their jacket…. There was no jacket in the room. I then called after hours management explained it and all they said was to follow up in the morning. I had to ask them to give us a new code. My children at this point were scared to sleep with a stranger opening our door. Manager apologized via text and gave us a late check out as an apology. All in all not the best stay but it got us through the rest of our vacation.

I picked a room for the wrap around balcony. Paid more for it. When we arrived I learned the hotle was under construction and the entire balcony was closed off. We could not even see the beach through our hotel on the beach. Staff did not accommodate. We were stuck in a moldy room where everyone of us had respiratory issues ny the 2nd day. No fresh air circulation. Room was terrible. Broken chairs. Moldy showers. Gross.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not entirely satisfactory. There was some hair observed around the toilet area that appeared to have been overlooked during cleaning. The interior of the toilet bowl suggested it had not been cleaned in some time, with dark residue visible around the rim. Additionally, the floors did not appear to have been swept. Overall, the cleanliness of the premises was a concern. It seems that the cleaning services provided for the condominiums may not be meeting expected standards, which is quite evident. I would have gladly provided photographic evidence if there were an option to upload images.

The room was excellent the communication with the renter was excellent. We were not happy with the customer service from the guard and the front desk. Very rude and not helpful. Our badges would not scan and not fixed. We asked in person and called them all they told us was if we got locked out at the beach he would send someone to let us in. That gives you no freedom to enjoy coming in the gates when we had plans to enjoy our Saturday. The elevators had two not working.

Property beautiful pools enjoyable. Unit 1226 - not very clean, mattresses old and worn out! Couch in the living dirty and SOOO USED. Cannot sit properly on them. Coffee table was not even wiped off. Glitter and streamers from previous occupants still visual. Horrible horrible unit- we left a day early!

The condo was in a good location could see ocean and walk right out to pool. The condo needs updating, looks old and deco not very appealing. There is a water problem we never got more than lukewarm water in the showers. We have stayed at several other units over the years and usually owners have stocked the units nicely with pots and dishes and xtra supplies which this unit lacked.

Beautiful property, the condo had items under the bed and behind the dressers from the previous guest. Upon leaving I pulled all of the linen and one of the beds had a huge blood stain on the mattress. The fire alarm went off and no one notified the guest of a false alarm until we took the stairs from 16 floors down, and ran across security. Amongst that it's in a great location. Some upgrades should be made.

The location was nice, close to a few popular restaurants. The room itself just felt dirty, smelt like mildew & the mattress was sunk in several areas. The linens looked old & very used. And the Elevators!!OMG…,the elevators were a nightmare.

Nice and spacious!! We had problems with the AC on our last day but it was fine. The room isn’t like the photos they give you, every room is different! Nice view of the pool and good for a family of 5. Everything is very walkable and has a nearby Walmart.
