Comforters are nasty, sheets were gross. Pulled out the sofa bed, and there was a nasty crusty hand towel on the matress once it was unfolded. Wife slept in her clothes in the master bed. Beach toys left in room from previous guests. Finally found master bedroom tv remote under the bed. Bathroom fan doesn't work in master bathroom. Overall, feels like we stayed in a super 8. Would not reccomend this unit.

Parking was a disaster in the garage. One way in and one way out. More Elevators needed for this large property. Extreme long waits. Better to walk up or down when possible. Need more places to eat on property. Room was outdated but not bad at all. Bed wasn’t the best but it was ok. Received check in info through text which was cool. Someone was always parked in our assigned parking spot so we had to find another spot. Contacting office after 5 wasn’t happening

When we first got there we had a little difficulty but the lady who i communicated with Lyn Burnette was absolutely amazing. I came from Illinois down to the beach with the kids and she made sure everything was in place for us. Our room was nice overlooking the pool and the beach. They had good food and drinks pool side and the security always made sure everyone was taken care of even more during spring break. Would come back to this resort.

Booking here was a horrible mistake. The room was completely messy when we arrived, the beds were awful to sleep in, very uncomfortable, and the worst part in one bed there was yellow slimy gunk as if someone had thrown up on the bed…the other bed sheets looked very dirty too. Floors are dirty, the entire room was breaking apart…we will make sure our message is spread with pictures of everything that we experienced. The very least we deserve a full or partial refund. The hotel was just a horrible experience. This room requires a fix up. The amount of money paid for the quality is insane!

Room was filthy, had no vacuum to clean the nasty carpet. Had very little cookware, 3 forks, 2 bowls, 1 plate for a room that had an 8 person occupancy. Elevators are few and far in between. Parking garage is worst I’ve ever been in. Bracelets rarely worked the entrance gate, and staff at said gate was very rude about helping when gates not working. At on a chair and wouldn’t help, and when they finally did they were very rude. Not worth $4000 for 6 nights.

Other than the staff being pretty rude and unhelpful the stay itself and the apartment itself were amazing. Clean. Comfortable. Spacious. Great view. Large balcony. Although we didn’t use the pools or go to the restaurant/bar during our stay it was awesome they were on site. The host was responsive and kind. Loved the washer and dryer in unit. That was awesome Some negatives to note: There was not enough toilet paper for us during our stay. You definitely need more and will also need your own toiletries as only small showering items are provided. The elevators are very sketchy and a few times we ended up walking up 23 flights of stairs instead bc they were so crowded and the wait to get in was very long, especially when it started storming outside. The parking garage is also very sketchy. Super tight. We were in a big truck that barely fit around the corners and in the parking space. Overall it was a great time and a very nice comfortable stay.

This was the worse trip that we took. I’m being so honest I paid a whole lot of money for my four day stay! The problem is there was nasty thick carpet throughout the entire condo!! And it GROSSED me out!! Why would anyone put carpet down when you are on vacation dealing with nothing but sand and water!! The carpet smelled! I couldn’t even eat my food in the condo, I was literally sick to my stomach. We ended up leaving a WHOLE day earlier due to how nasty the room was! Plus the washer had some brown gunk all inside of it! Please yall im begging do not go. I’m so glad to be home. They were wrong for putting us in that room and I will be requesting a refund!! Nasty!!! And sickening!!!

Ok this place is not all bad it just need a lot of improvements with their room and equipment. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, we are very disappointed that the pool was under construction it would have been nice if they let us know ahead of time that the place was under construction since we were very excited to enjoy the beautiful pool but overall it was a very fun place and of course the beach.
