With beach chairs, towels and a cart for easy transport, a full kitchen and plenty of space, it will be easy to enjoy your vacation. No need to go far for great restaurants, local attractions, and nearby St. Andrews State Park! 2 big pools (one heated!), Tiki Bar, a gym and a kiddy pool, all here for you to relax and enjoy!

From the moment you step through the front door you feel welcome and at home in this fun and vibrant condo! Your group can relax and enjoy the sun in the spacious living room, with large double patio doors letting natural light stream through from the beach. The private balcony is whimsically decorated with tropical decor and plush outdoor lounge chairs so you can lay back and enjoy the gorgeous view! The poolside patios outside give off the same relaxed tropical feel, with 2 huge pools-one seasonally heated. Soak away stresses in the hot tub's warm waters in an indoor area, while enjoying peace and quiet.

Flamingo Sunrise easily sleeps nine, with a queen sofa bed and new memory foam mattresses. Restful nights await in the Master Bedroom with a comfy king bed and patio doors opening onto the balcony which overlooks the gulf. Lay back and enjoy the beautiful views as you relax in your own, personal oasis! The master and guest bathrooms are newly remodeled with marble top vanities and tile showers and tub!

Indulge your inner chef with all the amenities in the incredible well-stocked kitchen. Not only is it beautiful with granite countertops, designer tile backsplash, and all new appliances, but it supplies plenty of dishes, stainless steel pots, utensils, and a large assortment of glasses to entertain and cook for your family and friends. Serve up your home-cooked meals in the dining area just off the kitchen that seats eight comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. You don’t want to cook? Well, Bikini Bob’s right on site has great, reasonably priced food and yummy alcoholic drinks (open seasonally). If you forgot something, walk across the street to Dollar General. And for our guests who enjoy a good BBQ meal, charcoal grills are located close by on the resort grounds!

Curl up with a good book on the cozy sofa or loveseat that flank the living room patio doors leading to the balcony. The living room has plenty of seating for a movie marathon on the 65 inch Smart TV hooked up with Roku, Netflix and other streaming services. The outdoor balcony gives you amazing views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf and white, fluffy sand on the beach, as well as gorgeous views of the city lights and stars at night. Take binoculars to search for dolphins and rays or watch a ship in the distance. Always keep your camera ready, especially at sunset. There’s nothing like a PCB picturesque sunset! Enjoy the lush, tropical gardens on Regency Tower grounds. Parking is not a problem and 2 cars are allowed at Flamingo Sunrise.
