The phone in room didn’t work had someone come look at it still couldn’t fix it. No remote for tv and tv was broken anyway so had another brought up to us. People were smoking on the balconies. Took forever to get clean towels. It’s very outdated but you get what you pay for. Front desk staff was excellent. Beach was beautiful excellent location but very noisy.

The view of the beach from our hotel room balcony was quite nice. The sunset was very pretty. Not sure what we should have expected but we stayed from Monday to Monday and to our knowledge we saw a member of the staff address our room only on Tuesday. As far as the staff went they were all very friendly and provided items that we requested. (towels, coffee, etc.) Second stay at this hotel and we thought that the first stay was better.

Wouldn’t Stay Here Again

for the price you pay for the room, it’s not worth it. Trust me the hotel could definitely be worse, but it most certainly could be better especially with the price they’re expecting from you. All of the beds in the room were broken so if you plan on coming with people plan for one person per bed otherwise you’re not gonna get any sleep. you have to continuously ask for any type of room service (toilet paper, clean towels) even if you’re there for an extended period of time. They also charged a higher security deposit to me once they seen my daughter‘s friend that came with us for a family vacation. my other daughter also booked a separate room her family and they had the penthouse and their room was less updated than ours was and they would’ve rather had our room than the penthouse room.however, I will say the location of the hotel is very convenient, which was pretty nice.

This hotel is older and dated. Some of the renovations seem to be diy with a lot of paint covering over things. The photos online although technically accurate, but creatively deceptive. Our room was dirty. The baseboards were caked with dust, floors were dirty. Overall cleanliness of the facility was poor. Shower had a large ceiling stain from a previous leak. The bed mattress was terrible. It had a large valley and it felt like rolling downhill all night and the fitted sheet came off the bed with your every move. The A/C is 2 feet from the bed and blows directly in your face. We couldn’t access the hotel WiFi or even find it available. The room door wasn’t very secure and could easily have been manipulated open if someone was determined. The up and down indicator on outside of the elevator didn’t light up half the time so you never knew if you would go up or down. Towels were plentiful but washcloths were not. We got a total of 2 for our entire stay and went to Walmart to purchase our own. There was no lightbulb in the lamp in our room, the 2nd tv in the living room had issues with white dots in the screen. The listing shows loungers and umbrellas as available to guests on the beach however they don’t belong to the hotel and must be rented each day. The parking is limited but the hotel next door is closed and parking lot is open to guest parking for this hotel. We stuck it out because we wouldn’t get refunded. We will not stay here again.

The location and view were great. The facilities need paint and some repairs like worn doors and missing molding.The most concerning was taking off my shoes and realizing my feet were black. The floor had not been cleaned properly and mold inside the shower.

I didn’t stay!!! The room was not clean. Bed sheets were dirty, hair on the floor and on bathroom floor. A live roach was in the bathroom. When told about the room the attendant just said what you going to do stay or not. I said I will not be staying, I paid for it his vacation at the beginning of the year only to have disappointment. With the hotel refusing to refund my money. I ddid do anything but check in go up to a filthy room. I would like to receive total refund back.

They hit you with a hidden "resort fee" when you check in which includes access to the beach. The hotel is on the beach and there is a public access point for the beach directly next to the hotel. Not in great condition, rude staff, hidden scam-like fees.

The property itself needs alot of maintenance work. The elevators are very slow moving up and down the floors. There were numerous bugs and spiders in our suite. Inside the bathroom the shower head was previously dropped on the gloor which smashed it . Pieces were falling off onto the floor. The toilet was broken and had to be fixed. There were whst appeared to beblood stains on the second bed. Awlful!!!

The property is not well maintained. Door jams on room entryways were rusty. The room has a strange smell, not bad, but strange. The room did have good TV's/ options.

My wife and I recently booked a stay at the Radisson Beach Resort in Panama City for our 45th anniversary. We booked this through Expedia. We booked this for a 10 day stay but unfortunately we had a close friend that passed away and had to cut our trip short by two days to travel back for the funeral. I checked with the front desk at the hotel to see if they could refund these two days due to our circumstances and they said that I would have to go back through the booking company I used. I contacted Expedia and they advised that they would contact the hotel to see if they would approve this refund. Expedia contacted me back and said the manager had denied this refund. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past when it was the Legacy and always enjoyed staying here due to the location, easy access and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Obviously, we had many options to choose from in selecting a location for our anniversary and vacation. Also, contacted the hotel a week or so before our arrival to se if we could get a room on an upper floor away from the elevators. When we checked in, we were able to get into a room a little earlier but was on the 5th floor and right next to the elevator. The room did have a large balcony with access from both the sitting area and the bedroom. The elevators were not clean and the doors needed cleaning. The beach level lobby was not clean. The staff was courteous.

Staff charged me double the rate twice. I paid through Expedia and showed them my account . They refused to refund my money or acknowledge their mistake. I will never stay in this hotel . It was also dirty and needs to be completely renovated.
