Called 4 times, sent 2 messages, and spoke to 2 different people face to face requesting linens for the pull out couch and never received. Had to take linens from the bed so my kids could go to sleep. Why didn’t they just say “we can’t give you any linens” instead of wasting my time to keep requesting. Why have a pull out couch if you don’t have linens for them? Also the mattress pad had steins on it.

The main thing I liked about the property were the front desk staff who were lovely and the amazing view from the hotel! But mostly everything else was a bit of a disappointment. The room was not necessarily the cleanest. My sheets had yellow stains on them (don’t even want to guess what they were). My TV was not working for half my stay. My bathroom sink was not draining efficiently and the AC in one of my rooms was not working well. I contacted maintenance a couple times to stop by and get it fixed but everytime I came home to the same problems. I eventually gave up and spent the rest of my stay with the failing drain.. weak AC and dirty sheets which I was not happy with at all! The parking situation was also a bit of a hassle (glad they came up with a solution but it was still a long walk from the hotel). I also utilize the messaging platform to contact front desk but never got a response on it despite the hotel initiating contact on it which was very strange. I don’t know. The stay could have definitely been better. If it had not been for the phenomenal sea view I would have given this place 1 star if any because I really was not satisfied with the room at all! I’m sorry.

Cleaning needed badly

Rooms need deep cleaning. Dirty fingerprints on walls, floors filthy,shower head sprayed water all over bathroom maintenance did come replace that. For the amt. I paid cleaning should have been better

Multiple moments of harassment from an overnight valet person about parking in valet only when i had been told i could self park in a specific basement area. He kept coming back to me telling I'm getting towed or a citation, told me to park next door at Ramada. His name was Meat as per front desk person Cas, i had her sign my parking permit and showed him. No rest for last two nights of vacation worryabput getting towed. Absolutely no parking anywhere on property or nearby on Ruday & Saturday nights except valet coned off areas.

Online pics are deceiving

Hotel did not look pictures at all. Very run down & not very clean at all. We went & bought a mop & had disinfectant wipes & everything was black. We checked out early, we couldn’t take it. Beach patch is very grown up & pool is super grown up around fence. Not well maintained at all.

Time to update the hotel

The rooms need to be updated and the air conditioning units updated also. We could never get the room temperature below 75 degrees for the entire stay. The bedding comfort cover was stained. There should be more effort toward the cleaning part of the rooms. The manager was polite and helped address most the issues of concern. With a few more modern updates this would be prime place to stay as far as the location and beach access part.

Room was filthy beds wasn’t changed doors was broke ac kept throwing error code and no one would come look at it stayed 1 week never got beds changed even after asking them too ended up charging my card an extra night bc thier front desk forgot to check us out had to go to Walmart to get cleaning products to clean my room myself due to them never sending housekeeping up door to balcony jam was busted a ball of aluminum foil shoved in a socket in the plate was busted off

The AC did not work on the day we arrived. I reported it that night. The maintenance guy did not come until Saturday at 10am. The reason he came was because I seen him at the elevator. The cable was out the three days we stayed, The linen on bed and mattress was unclean. The pillows were unclean as well. I had to go and purchase items to sleep on.I do have pictures.

This hotel was dirty. The rooms were more dirty. Tv’s did NOT work in room nor did the telephone. We asked multiple times for room to be cleaned and it never happened. The price was on point, but now I know why because it was so dirty. Will not be staying again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

4 star price. 1 star accommodation.

Staff were nice and kind. Ocean view. 2 channels on the tv. Weak internet. German cockroaches. Mold and mildew on the shower head. Ac wont go lower than 75 during the day. Hot tub jet handle broken.
