Resort is very dirty. Elevator has nasty dead bugs on top of roof. Doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned. The rooms were okay, paid extra for kitchenette but had no pans to put in the oven so I had to buy some. Kept finding long black hairs on everything. Would of rather paid a little extra for a nicer resort

Needs to be fumigated and remodeled.

We had a lot of bugs in our room, including cockroaches. We are from Florida, I'm not referring to palmetto bugs, but actual cockroaches. There were also other types of bugs crawling around the room, which made it very uncomfortable. The beds were very average, internet access was fine, you could pretty much walk anywhere you need to go, and there are plenty of food options. On a positive note, guest service was very friendly + you're right on the beach.

Love love love this location and was glad to find a spot at a reasonable price near some of our favorite restaurants and with great beach access. The building itself is a little dated but we enjoyed great views and swimming in the pool. Our room’s main access door was a struggle to use and secure. We plan to stay here again and just hope we get better luck with a different room.

My room smelled like a landfill. I went down to the front desk to inform them about it and I wanted somebody to come smell it because it smelt toxic. The lady at the front desk informed me that she was asthmatic and would not be able to come see it. They had offered to switch rooms so then I had to repack and unpack everything after driving for 12 straight hours. The mattress look like somebody had pooped on it and the floors look like they had never been cleaned.

You can’t beat the price for oceanfront. Yes it’s a little rundown but if you overlook the little things, you will enjoy a great stay here very comfortable beds. We ended up booking two more days. Just pick an ocean view room. You’ll be totally fine also The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion smells wonderful. You’re close to a gas station where you can purchase drinks and small items. There is a fridge and a microwave and a coffee maker in some of the rooms with the sink. It’s great for preparing small lunches within walking distance to restaurants actually, the restaurant next-door on the beach had excellent food and you can sit and watch the sunset. there is a young girl from Jamaica at the front desk. She is the sweetest little thing. She looks after all the clients amazingly.

Overall the stay was nice but the property is very dirty. The elevator looks like it was never cleaned. There is bugs all over the top of it. The rooms okay, I’d give it a 3-4 cleanliness. We paid extra for a kitchenette and come to find out the hotel can’t even supply anything to cook in the oven so we had to buy a pan. There was only plates to use. The fridge was very dusty like it was never cleaned. The property has a nice very of the outside.

The pictures are deceiving.the first room they gave us was by the active road and we peed in toilet and it stopped up and it took them over 2 hours to bring us a plunger. I asked if they could move us to another room with a view which they moved us for extra 60 bucks . Theat room had a view of the beach beds was hard and someone was playing loud music and unattended kids and we had to park across the street bc limited parking. They don't offer house keeping if stay over and if you ask them for anything they get an attitude with you. The pool steps was broken on one side of the pool and the tiki bar was never open it did open for about 1 hour but never again. The motel needs updated and painted and show real pictures of the rooms for the price you pay for it .some of the staff was friendly.
