Need better parking especially since we had to park across the street with major traffic. Since this is now a smoke free property. I was told to smoke in car, beach or on street. Couldn’t smoke/vape on my balcony like previous visits. That was what we enjoyed the most sitting on the balcony having our morning coffee with a cigarette. We come to Panama City Beach FL every 3 months to visit our son. Thought we found the perfect hotel but after our last stay we realized we need to find a more accommodating hotel.

Room was filty. Had to sweep floor our self. Used a towel to mop the floor. White towel was black as smut when done. Toliet paper was wet and stained. Was black spots on the hardwood. Tub had mold on bottom of it. Lamp did not work. Out on balcony you could see inside of ac unit because panels were ripped off.
