This Frank Lloyd Wright inspired Red Gumball cottage is located in a desirable hamlet within the Serenbe community. It is designed to help you blend with the natural environment, with 4 decks and direct access to the woods and lake in the back of the house. It is toddler friendly with safety features and gates installed at all stairs. Comes with a golf cart for you to experience the true Serenbe resident experience.


TV
All TVs are Smart TV's that are equipped with LG Channels app to get all local channels. They also include apps to sync your streaming services to (Netflix, Hulu, Max, Prime Video). Please be sure to sign out of any personal streaming services during checkout.

This property has four different outdoor spaces. Definitely best for seasons and temperatures when you want to be outside. Having a golf cart is a huge plus in this winding road community. Kids love the lower level with its bunk beds and separate kids den. The crib bedroom has a full size bed under a smaller bunk bed - not so obvious from pictures. Great place and quiet section of the community. House is right on the walking trails and near a pond. Enjoy!

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is very nice. However we were supposed to have two parking spots, but we had only one. The smoke detector had old batteries, we had to listen to that annoying beep the entire time. Also the lights in the bathrooms keep turning off, so don’t attempt to take a shower in the night because you will be in the darkness in the middle of your shower.

We did not meet our host in person, but each time we had a question it was answered promptly online. The house was very clean and well kept. We had three grandchildren with us at the house ages four, 11, and 16. They were each able to have plenty of space to do all the things they enjoy. There were lots of toys that are four year-old granddaughter really enjoyed playing with, and I think they all enjoyed the bunk beds and the hammock and swinging chairs out on one of the decks. It was a very child friendly home!I did want to let others who might rent the house know that if you are very tall, like the members of our family are, you may be uncomfortable as the beds and living room and dining room furniture are all rather low to the ground. There were also a lot more stairs in the house than we anticipated and as senior citizens with knee and back issues, this just was not the best situation. I’m sure the mattresses in the house were very environmentally sound, but they were very hard on our backs and we did not sleep comfortably. The neighborhood was very dark, especially with the time change. Exterior lighting was not adequate for us to see coming up and down the steps into the house. There were no street lights and so driving also was difficult at night. The parking spaces were also very tight and we had difficulty parking our truck and SUV around the golf cart and it’s charger
