Bathroom was not good. No room to put anything on vanity and no place to hang hand towels. Door would not close unless you shoved it closed and when it would open it would squeak all the way open. Paid for three of us and only had two sets of towels. When we went to get a third set and asked for a third bottle of water, was told it would be an additional $5. Only one hanging chair on balcony and it was in poor shape and you could not see over past the material blocking the view on the balcony. Music was piped to the pool but the bar and restaurant at the pool was never open the 3 days we were there. Bright blinking light in the room all night that kept us awake. They gave us a page and a half of rules we had to initial when we checked in. I would not stay at this place again. Only good thing was Gigi's the restaurant.

Unfortunately our stay at the V was disappointing and frustrating, especially for the price point. During a busy weekend it was nearing $400 and the cleanliness / facilities were not up to standard. The room smelled strongly of an unpleasant cleaning product, there were stains on the wall and carpet, and the bathroom did not look serviced (not to mention there was still painters tape present). There was a light switch marked for a lamp that did nothing, and it took asking the front desk why neither would turn on to find the solution (moving a piece of furniture to get to switches) and three of the four usb outlets did not work. The 21 pool and hot tub's heaters were also not working, leaving the family pool as your only option. Overall it was a bad experience and I would not recommend it unless you were very low on options.

Very good hotel for the price. Swim pools are inviting with very nice lounge chairs. Room large. Very large bathroom. I stayed in 300’s downstairs level with an enclosed patio with hanging chair and patio table and 2 chairs and right by pool. All great but the bar. Can’t get a frozen marguerita. Guess why? They don’t have a blender!!! Imagine a bar/ restaurant not having a blender.

Large 4 buildings with center courtyard pools, hot tubs and fire pits, that are open till midnight. Retro modern reimagined, located in residential & businesses district about 2 miles south of downtown Palm Springs. Pro: Quality amenities, clean, comfortable, good location, and nearby quality restaurants. Con: Gigi restaurant was just good & prices did not reflect or deliver quality only convenience. Recommend owners management replace torn fabric pool laungers and clean pool & hot tub tile. Even with shortcomings we recommend.
