Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!
Pool Heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Please note: our pool cleaner comes only on Tuesday & Fridays. He will access the property through the side gate and should not disturb you during your stay.
Desert living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert where sand is common and can be carried by the wind. On windy days, the pool may catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always do their best to remove it, but in some cases, a small amount may remain in the pool.

Palm Springs Oasis
Enjoyed the house and amenities! Made use of the grill, hot tub and pool. Overall a comfortable stay for seven adults. The master bedroom could use a couple bedside lamps. A noon checkout would be more accommodating, we more than rushed to get out by ten.

Family Getaway
We stayed 9 nights at the house as a family getaway and enjoyed every minute of it. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed and sat the 7 of us easily. The bedrooms were well laid out and we loved the wallpaper. The master bedroom with its king size bed, twin bed and trundle bed were perfect for our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 little ones !! The 2 bathrooms were very nice too. We loved the pool ( take note that you have to pay extra for the pool to be heated--100 US per day)and with our stay being in January we needed the pool heated so we paid the extra.The outdoor setup was great with a table, chairs, outdoor sofa, chaise lounge chairs, firepit, tv and barbeque. We really enjoyed all our time outdoors. The house was in a great location....groceries, shopping, sights are all within a few minutes to a 15 minute drive away. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time with our kids and grandkids ! Communication with the owners was quick too which was very much appreciated !
