Room was clean, pool and spa were great as we had everything to ourselves since it was a Sunday evening. The staff we did speak to were all great. Just overall, the premises don’t feel like a resort, more like apartments. The pool area we were at, had a bar with lights on and music, but no bartender was ever there. I would stay there again but only if the price is right.

Checked in late 8 pm and wanting to rest. We had a broken bed and by the time engineering came, it was already 11 pm when the kids finally went to bed. No urgency by staff to help a family. We left asap 8 am.

The rooms were nice and they were clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The problems I had was 1. the shampoo/conditioner bottles were empty, 2. We requested maintenance in the evening hours because our toilet was clogged. The office said maintenance was not available until the next morning. We literally asked for a plunger so we can plunge the toilet ourselves, but the office said that the maintenance staff had the keys to the maintenance room and everything was locked. And still, we had to call next morning at 10a.m. to remind them of the clogged toilet, 3. The outside landscaping was dry looking and ugly. This hotel was not appealing to the eye on the outside. The inside of the hotel was surprisingly nice.

Love the facility and all the people that work there. Great Vibe! Clean and fun. Only critique… better care of doggie areas. Since some ignorant people own dogs and sometimes don’t clean up after them :( Maybe do “poop patrol” more often

Room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Second night multiple guests checked in near our room screaming, slamming doors, that went on until almost 2 in the morning though security was called twice. I appreciate security trying, but it made for a rough night. Pool is very nice, great staff at bar... this visit the music at the pool during the afternoon was not the best for the crowd that was there. Reggaeton all afternoon just didn't see appropriate for the crowd. Was here 4 weeks ago for 4 days and this was not the case. We come here often and enjoy the pool, but the very specific music choice made it difficult to enjoy.

Staff is very friendly but the housekeeping needs work. It seems that they don’t vacuum in the rooms. My wife stepped on an actual thorn and hurt her foot. We asked that they re-clean the room but found that they just wiped down the bathroom counter and did not vacuum.
