At first glance, the property looks amazing. However, the room I had was horrible. It was really run down and the heater sounded awful. It was loud and rattled rigorously as if it was about to break every time it reached the set temperature. I got a wink of sleep and requested a new room the following day. We were given a new room and a free upgrade. It definitely made a huge difference. I spoke with friends in other buildings and they were fine and didn't have any issues. Apparently, the 3 story buildings in the back are the newer buildings. I was initially in building 3, but moved to 2. I didn't get to utilize many of the amenities but I wish I had more time to do so...

It used to be the Riviera hotel which we liked. They did a good job converting it to a Margaritaville!

I will be back 😁 our room was comfortable and large..pool was clean big well maintained. Grounds were lovely felt like I was on vacation, service was excellent. Restaurants were great! Used the bikes for parks to play pickleball.

My room was by a pool which can be loud (bring earplugs). The hot tubs are over chlorinated and my bathroom faucet was loose so it could use some updating. Aside from having a hard time find my room way out in building five and the interesting asbestos signage as you enter the buildings I would say it was nice stay because staff was amazing.

thermostat hidden behind shade! nowhere to sit, units need a couch or something similar furniture and decor is cheap and dated

Love the vibe here. The restaurant staff was not very friendly, tried to discourage us from dining by telling us all tables were full inside and we would be dining outside where it was about 40 degrees and cold. Upon looking, there were plenty of open tables inside. Waitress seemed a bit put out that she had to wait on us, had to chase down napkins and drink refills. The room was weird. A king with tons of space and very little furnishings, the shower was barely big enough for my teenager to use without touching all the walls.
