Found the esmeralda on hotels.com and what won me over was the pool for my 3 year old. It looked immaculate in pics but it was even better in person. The beach area was perfect for her and the room was just as good. Ill definitely come back

We had a great time, my family and I. It’s a nice hotel, family friendly. The room was not very clean, it was very dusty. Food options are very limited and not tasty at all. Those 2 areas need improvement, everything else we were very happy with.

The property was decent but overpriced, likely due to Coachella. The signature massage was great but extremely overpriced, nearly double Miami spa prices. Our first room faced a parking garage; after complaining, we got a slightly better one overlooking a noisy golf course construction site. The pool restaurant menu was limited and underwhelming. The breakfast buffet was good but again overpriced. The gym is spacious but needs an update. The best part was the cleanliness. Overall, it felt like a 4-star hotel charging 5-star prices without delivering 5-star service.

Staff were friendly for the most part and the accommodation was relatively clean. The restaurant practices are really restrictive, and our room was not cleaned on the final day. This hotel is also overpriced for what it offers I believe.
