In the loft bedroom there is a work desk with printer so you can stay connected and work in peace. Excellent Stay

We are so happy we found Robert’s condo. Secured parking was just steps from the front door (really nice when carrying in the groceries!). Fantastic location on the edge of the Movie Colony. Kitchen appliances were all first rate. We were there for a month and really came to appreciate the laundry facilities right in the unit. We had virtually no need to contact Robert but on the few occasions we did, he was really quick to respond.

The condo is beautiful with all the comforts of home and a very well stocked kitchen. The furniture was all very comfortable and the condo was beautifully decorated. I arrived at night in the dark and Robert was extremely helpful on the phone in helping me figure out accessing the unit. The TVs were a bit of a challenge but, when I needed assistance, help was ALWAYS on the way. Robert is patient and extremely attentive in making sure this guest figured everything out. Fell ill a few days after arriving, so I can say unequivocally the unit was comfortable and extremely convenient to stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend the unit. Robert is a stellar host!

Lovely stay

Was in town for a conference and was glad to have this wonderful place to land each night. It is only a 4 minute walk to the convention center and was nice to be so close. I was staying by myself and felt very safe. The condo was well equipped and clean. Highly recommend.

The one bedroom house is exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very helpful. We loved the quiet location which was walking distance (20 to 30 minutes) from downtown.

This place saved me when I had issues in my own home nearby. Robert is a wonderful host. His place is safe, stocked, comfortable, clean, and convenient to everything! A wonderful location and wonderful accommodations!

My partner and I had a very comfortable stay in Robert’s place. We love the location, very close to downtown and very quiet with friendly neighbors. We had all the amenities we could think of for a great stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the TV was easy to use, the little pool/jacuzzi on the patio was perfect for hot days and cool nights. Robert was a great host and had great communication!

Fantastic location and confo

Perfect stay for a couple

My husband and I stayed a week here and it was amazing. Close to shopping, downtown and all the restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you needed. Super comfortable king size bed. The hot tub spa was a bonus and well used. Don’t forget to visit the Living Zoo, the tram, Old Las Palmas and Joshua tree national park. Robert was the perfect host. We would stay here again. Well appointed condo with great location

As stated in the title the condo was in a great location, close to downtown Palm Springs. It had very nice linens, towels and other soft goods. The kitchen was outfitted with anything one would want. It was dog friendly, and the neighborhood was very walkable and it was enjoyable to experience the movie colony area. The condo was just as described in the listing, the check-in and checkout process was seamless and communication about how to access the property etc. was also perfect. It was very clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend.
