The free wifi was spotty, parking on premise I did not realize is an additional $10 per day, no free breakfast, and first night check in guy was an Ahole, only encountered him on Monday, rest of staff were friendly and helpful!

I had to rate it excellent because i cannot criticize this lovely hotel. However, i was very disappointed because you eliminated the shuttle service to the airport. I have counted on that for years, and it was the main reason i chose The Marriott. I know Lyft and Uber are a sign of the times and i better get used to it. There are many lovely places to stay and without your shuttle service i expect to explore other locations.

Bedding/duvet was damp upon check in. Noticeably damp ~ like it still needed another 10m in the dryer. When I addressed it with the front desk he said it always happens and the reason was so that the bedsheets don’t end up wrinkled. “Just let it air out.” he said. Well, I shouldn’t HAVE to that’s the thing. Ended up blasting the heater while we were away for dinner and that worked.
