From the time I arrived until I departed, seven days later, I was so happy with my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Palm Springs. The staff, especially Marcel at the desk and Helen in housekeeping, maintenance, etc. were well beyond my expectations for customer service. They were outstanding. The room was clean, very comfortable and the bathroom, especially the shower, was great. The location was perfect and I found it easy to find each of my several destinations as well as some new, interesting ones, including restaurants and shopping areas. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you for a great time. Valerie

The A/C in our room was making such a loud noise that we couldn't sleep. We had to buy a fan so we didn't have to turn the A/C unit on overnight, but it was very warm in the room. Staff told us all of the units make noise, so we stayed in that room, but turned out the one in our room was very bad. We recorded the noise and let them listen and they agreed it was extremely loud, but it was too late since we were checking out.
