Please read before booking this property! First of all this is run by a management company so if you have any issues and need answers right away they will not help you. They will answer your phone call and let you know they will get back to you with in 24 hours but they never did. We had a question about pool/spa, called, they said they would get back to us but never did. Issues with this house: 1) It was HOT in the house and we were not allowed to adjust the AC. every time we turned it cooler it would automatically go up. Very hot and miserable during the day but especially at night! 2) This property has signs posted inside and outside the house stating no loud music/noise allowed anytime during the stay, irregardless of the time. But next door there was construction going on- from 7am- 6pm there would be lots of loud noise, drilling/pounding. With it being hot in the house we would leave the sliding doors open so we can have a breeze go thru to cool us off but with the loud noise next door we had to leave the doors closed, very frustrating. 3) If you want a early check in or check out, good luck. We flew in at 9 am requested both and got a NO- no budging at all.
