I stayed at the hotel because I read the reviews and they were really good and a personal friend that stays here often recommended it. I was confident we would have a good stay. Unfortunately, we stayed on the side of the bar and there was music and noise until 3am plus the guests upstairs were making ridiculous amount of noise until 4 am so needless to say we had a sleepless night

The property is absolutely welcoming, peaceful and stunning. The hotel staff is wonderful - so wonderful we wrote the corporate office about them because they deserve to be blessed. The rooms are clean and up-to-date, the pool is amazing - the water is not too cold or too warm, they go the extra mile to ensure their guests' comfort. My only complaint is that the visitors who were above us were super loud and continued to thump/walk across the floor almost the entire night, and one of the staff scheduled after 5 wasn't available to make a drink for my husband because she was late coming back from her break -we got tired of waiting for her return.....but out of all the staff 95% of them were top notch. The free breakfast was real food and very delicious - the staff, once again super friendly and helpful. We are definitely going back

Good budget property, no resort fees or parking fees are a plus. Located at the western side of Palm Springs its a little far from the popular areas. Only downside was that my room had no cold water and was not addressed by maintenance.
