The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The suite was perfect for a family of four, and when we needed sheets for the fold out couch or extra towels, the staff brought them up. Pool was the perfect temperature and access to the beach was right there. Pool also had lots off pool noodles and other pool toys for all guests to use. View from the room balcony was gorgeous and we even saw and heard a launch from Cape Canaveral one night! The only thing to note is to bring your own beach chairs and umbrella if you don’t want to rent them. That’s the only real added cost. We had our own beach blanket and pop up shelter.

Loved having the sweet. With 4 people i the room, it was great to shut off bedrooms and still be able to hang out in living area. The bathroom was clean, with walk in shower. Had plenty of room for a family of two adults and two teenagers. Loved that there was food right downstairs and we could order room service. Loved that we could get food at the beach or pool area. Everyone that worked there was kind and wonderful.

It took hours for room service. They knew we needed bedding for the sofa bed and they didn’t care to come up with the bedding. I waited 45 mins at the front desk with very rude staff. For as much money as they charge.. they should be more polite and accommodating. The staff were very rude. The way they talked and treated all the people that came into contact with them was very alarming. I was very disappointed. Will never stay there again. I would suggest others to stay elsewhere on the beach because this place just was not it!
