A nice getaway place

We have been going here for about 20 years. The place shows a little age but they have done well to maintain and update most areas. It’s a very nice place, the staff has always been friendly and the drinks from the pool bar are always good.

We had a reservation for 2 rooms but they could not get us keys for both rooms when we checked in. The 1 room they gave us keys too already had people staying in it. They didn't really make much of an effort to make up for these issues. Great hotel but does not seem to have good management. I would not recommend.

It seems to be going thing with oceanfront hotels they put lipstick on a pig. The place is definitely outdated how they remodeled the bathrooms is atrocious. I tried to eat dinner at the restaurant. They felt that somebody calling in a room service was more important than a customer standing waiting to be seated he already waited five minutes to be seated.

Beautiful view of the ocean and the hotel was on the beach. We enjoyed the quiet, family friendly atmosphere. We followed the path to the beach and rented chairs and an umbrella everyday. Then we would head to the pool to enjoy the patio restaurant. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

I absolutely love the location the rooms it's unfortunate that this time I had ac issues with my one room booked two rooms it was my daughter and grandchildren first time and they want to go back again which is great my only other take away is the noise that the ac was making and the door to stairwell slamming every time someone went thru otherwise the hospitality the amazing customer service honestly that is my BIGGEST necessity when seeking out great places to stay. Josue the front desk attendant was super helpful and professional so was the other employees I love the free cookies they give u at check in nice and warm to parking is pretty good as well the views from the room are great

The ocean view room we stayed in was absolutely amazing. The sunrise in the mornings was the highlight of our whole vacation. The beach was quiet and it felt like it was our own private beach. At night we had red lights on the beach to watch the turtles come to the beach. The hotel did not provide them so please don’t forget to purchase the re lens flashlights before staying.

Family trip

Traveling with my mom who has Alzheimer's - the suites are perfect. We can have everyone together and she is not able to leave the room without someone noticing. Staff was amazing. Especially in the restaurant.

The location on the beach is amazing but the property needs major updating. Peeling paint everywhere, decking falling apart, those are just a few things I noticed on our stay here. For the price, I was expecting more.

Not very clean there was mold on the bathroom wall under the towel hook. The carpet looked old. Everything seemed very outdated. If you are traveling with a large group the lobby and conference room are very small.
