We loved staying here so we could be close to family in Ironwood. The garage access was extremely helpful. The beds we very comfortable and overall it was a great set up and floorpan. It would have been helpful to have a few more towels. Handtowels, washcloths and bathmats in the bathrooms. Dishtowels and counter wipe towels in the kitchen. The kitchen was a bit bare boned with utensils etc but not a huge deal. A pitcher for making iced tea would have been handy. I was able to borrow everything missing from my aunts but just thought I'd share the feedback. Thanks again!! We will return!

Ironwood is a gorgeous country club; stunning grounds, perfect location, and friendly residents. The townhouse was stylish and comfortable; even better than pictured. Positive interactions with host and no issues. We had a fantastic stay and hope to be back soon!

Lux Renovation disappointing

This renovation is not complete. It is definitely a work in progress. I understand what the owner is hoping to accomplish, but the present condition of the property did not align with the listing. Soiled carpets (obvious pet stains in primary bedroom), holes in sheetrock, wobbly stair banister, non-functioning shower in 3rd bathroom, spa patio area was generally overlooked, kitchen contents not adequate. The remote owner was very attentive upon check-in to address missing items. The local person he sent over was wonderful. However, after check-out I attemped to communicate my concerns with him 2x. Ignored both times. The location, Ironwood CC community, is wonderful;. We stay at Ironwood frequently, multiple times per year. But, I will not be interested in rebooking this property. While adequate, it was a disappointment for what we paid.

Nice Townhouse in a Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The space was perfect for our family of four. You definitely could fit two couples + two kids in the space, but would be tight for six adults. The property was clean, as pictured, and in a really beautiful country club property. We would come again!

Ironwood Getaway

This spacious condo can sleep six, although, four adults is more realistic. The third room has no closet, barely accommodated one adult. It would be great for a kids area. We didn’t see in the original listing that all bedrooms were upstairs. It might be a good idea to update the description. We had five adults, two with back problems . Mobility was a huge issue. The beds were comfortable so it was worth it when you got to the second floor. The hot tub had some issues. The kitchen lacked some necessities. Our host was easy to reach and communicate with. All in all, it’s a great vacation condo. We enjoyed our stay.

Annual spring break trip

The house was exactly what we needed and it served it’s purpose. The area is beautiful and the cleanliness of the house was great! Only thing I would have liked to have seen was a few more glasses and coffee mugs (so we aren’t doing dishes every other day) and more towels and a broom and dust pan to help keep things tidy while we were there. But those aren’t make or break things at all the house was great and the communication was great with the owner as well. Definitely would recommend!

Ironwood property

The property is clean, comfortable and well located. Thomas is a wonderful host, responding immediately to all questions and anxious to please. Renters should be aware that the large and comfortable bedrooms are on the second floor which could impact mobility impaired people. The kitchen is small and the quantity of glasses and cutlery could impact more than 2 guests. The 3 bathrooms are excellent. All in all a cozy, clean, well-located property with a few limitations.
