The receptionist told us to wait in the cold for 5 minutes before coming to open the door. The receptionist took my credit card and wrote down all the information on. He said it was for safety deposit. I just hope that my credit card is not been compromised.

The rooms are clean, but the bathroom definitely need to be updated. The bath tub is huge and comfortable. The rest needs to be updated including the shower head. The bed is very comfortable. In the same parking lot is Tim Hortons and even a grocery store.

The floor in the bathroom and bedroom needed a good vacuum. There was hair in the bathroom on the floor and the heat register. The bedroom also needed cleaning with cob webs in the upper corners of the room, smudges on the wall and the floor needed a good vacuum as well. Lots of dead bugs and dirt on the floor.

DISGUSTING. UNBELIEVABLE. DEPLORABLE. These are but a plethora of adjectives I can use to describe it. Filthy, smoke alarm no battery, hair in bathtub, facets grimy, everything dusty, towel rack gone, glass shelf fallen down. Reception area unpresentable. Staff lady nice, manager lacking in customer service and personal presentation. Price OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! Getting refunded.
