We’re excited to host you. To ensure a pleasant stay, please follow these house rules:

1. No Shoes: Remove your shoes at the entrance. Bring indoor slippers if needed.
2. No Smoking ($500 Penalty): Smoking of any kind is prohibited indoors.
3. No Parties or Events ($500 Penalty): Hosting parties or events is not allowed.
4. Maximum Occupancy (2 Guests, $500 Penalty): Only booked guests may stay. Notify the host about visitors.
5. Quiet Hours (11PM–8 AM, $500 Penalty): Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
6. No Pets ($500 Penalty): Pets are not allowed.
7. Check-In/Check-Out:
• Check-In: 4:00 PM | Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out without approval: $100/hour.
8. Damages: Guests are responsible for repair/replacement costs.
9. Extra Cleaning ($250/hour): Excessive cleaning may incur charges.
10. Waste Disposal: Use the organics and recycling bins under the sink.
11. Parking: One car allowed in the driveway. Contact the host for additional vehicles.
12. No unauthorized guests or visitors. Only guest added to the booking are allowed on the property.
13. Guests may access the hot tub between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM only
