Hotel was centrally heated and cooled. It was on heat during April. Very hot in the room even with the window cracked. The free breakfast was two onigiri and a coffee. There was no soap in the bathroom for handwashing. There was a microwave and washing machine. Close to a train station entrance.

American's first time in Osaka

Overall it was our least favorite hotel out of the 3 we stayed in Japan, if your expectations are low and you're on a budget this will work. If you have some money to spend look somewhere else, the hotel was nice the rooms are small the shower wasn't too clean. Our biggest problems were fighting people for washers there are only two.. its nice they show you on your TV when they will be ready note they ONLY take a 100 yen coins which we found to be a problem. My biggest issue was shipping luggage we had to go down the street to the store. This wasn't a huge deal it is not far but having to leave isn't convenient when other hotels took care of this without leaving the property.

No safe in the room. Very small. Had to move rooms on the third day as our shower was not draining at all. You need to place the room cleaning card on the door before 8am??? If you would like to sleep in then they will not clean your room if its later than 8am. Very odd. Only one washer/dryer for whole hotel.

Nice clean rooms, and great location next to a train station that connected us to every location we wanted in Osaka. Friendly and helpful staff. For the price, it was excellent value. I would stay here again.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location, just a few minutes from M line Yodoyashi Station. There are convenience stores around the hotel for snacks and instant food. With M line metro, we can get to anywhere easily. The hotel service and staff are very professional. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Japan

1 minute walk to the main line subway entrance and one stop away from Umeda station. The area is much quieter than Umeda, Shinsaibashi and Namba, but only within 10 minutes by metro.

Great location near city centre and metro station. Sparkling cleanliness all around. Only downside is breakfast may not be to liking of some guests as it is essentially a rice roll in a polystyrene box.
