Enjoyed our stay here. Traveled with my son, and we enjoyed the twin bed room with laundry. Everything was clean and enjoyed the water/tea in the room. We had no complaints and the area was walkable to the main areas. Day tour was able to pick us up from the hotel easily.

Courteous staff, room was a good size, washing machine in our room. Good size bathroom. Location was convenient, a very short walk from Dontonburi. Plenty of shopping and food options nearby. Our only complaint was that the rooms were too dimly lit.

Breakfast was not free..Cost almost $18 US. There wasnt any western options or English style options to choose from. So we ate out everyday and skipped your restaurant for breakfasts. We would still stsy here again as everything else was amazing..

I was completely surprised that this hotel was located in the most bustling area of ​​Osaka, within walking distance of everything, with extremely convenient transportation, and yet the hotel itself was so quiet. The room facilities were excellent.

kind and helpful staff and located in a good central part of osaka. a few complaints i would have are the pillows are not very comfortable and the lighting in the room and washroom and not suitable for doing make up as it is very dark and shadowy. other than that it was a good stay and it was nice to have a laundry machine
