The hotel lobby downgraded the hotel, it’s like a canteen/factory. Room is clean and just fit. Service is so-so. Location is convenient. Bed is good. Slippers are sanitised and reusable. It can be considered as environmental friendly. You can find restaurants directly two floors below the lobby via escalators from the lobby.

Location is excellent, very centre and convenient and transportation is easy. Right above the shopping mall and you can easily walk to other shopping malls around. Take the airport shuttle bus No. 5, get off the first stop in the Osaka city centre. Very easy. Hotel is big and beautiful. Staff are very friendly and nice. Got everything we need and have toothbrush, comb, shaver provided. Also have warm water and coffee at the lobby to serve. Everything is automatic is nice. Will recommend to people who don't want to travel fore and back by subway or metro a lot.

We stayed in a room with three beds which is handy and appreciated ( instead of two people sharing a double). The room is compact but big enough. Very convenient and accessible location as right next to Osaka station. It is interesting the hotel would give only one key card for the room as I’m the only adult ( travelling with a senior high and primary school aged children). We bought breakfast voucher and missed the breakfast time which was lucky we could use it for lunch instead. Ie remember to check the breakfast time.

We love the convenience of the location. The hotel was also clean and has great amenities. Staff were also friendly. My two feedback would be that 1) the self service for check in was a bit buggy and hope this will improve overtime and 2) there was a homeless man that seemed to sleep around the hotel lobby and common area which made me feel a bit unsafe
