This hotel has everything you need for travel, except perhaps character. Don't get me wrong - it is perfectly comfortablly generic. It's the vanilla ice cream of hotels. Totally inoffensive in any way. Well, the walls could be thicker as we discovered the night some noisy tourists loudly exclaimed expletives next door, but otherwise, this place is fine, close to subway, 7-11 across the street, staff who speak English well and offered us early check-in and late check-out upon signing up for the loyalty program. Would recommend if you're looking for easy.

Room is small, but very clean and well kept. Excellent service staff. Very convenient for getting around as the hotel is only a few blocks from the MRT station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores in the area.

Overall for me it was a good location, close to the subway and about a 10 minute walk to the busier areas of Osaka. The rooms are compact but again for me a single traveler it was enough. The common area was really nice and a nice space just to relax after coming back from exploring and not just sitting in the room.

The room was nearly spotless, a bit of dust on the headboard of the bed aside that couldn't have asked for better. Bathroom, as with all in Japan, was a bit small and difficult if you're over 6ft. Close enough to all the action but far enough away to not hear it, but if you're in a room facing the motorway, you can hear it. Loved the hotel, best I've stayed in, in Japan.

A little dated and in need of a renovation, but clean and convenient location and quiet, away from the crowds around Dotonburi. There’s a 7/11 downstairs and lots of bars and restaurants close by. Easily walkable to main shopping street and tourist area. Room was small but manageable. The staff were very helpful.

困ったことがあってフロントに電話しても、日本語での込み入った会話が出来ずこちらの意図を汲んでもらえない。英語で話さないとスムーズに会話が出来ず、なぜ日本国内の旅行なのにこちらが英語を話すストレスを感じなければならないのか不満。部屋の布団は埃をかぶっており、汚いのでと伝えても対応はなく自らガムテープを用いて清掃しました。
