"Better at the Beach" is family friendly with a bonus "toddler" twin bed included in the Guest Bedroom and a Pack N' Play with a high chair provided complimentary by the owners. Enjoy views of the No-Drive portion of Ormond Beach and Tom Renick Park directly from the Northern facing balcony.

The condo was exactly as described. We were very happy with the accommodations, particularly that it was so well furnished. It was clean, spacious and had great beach vibes. The kitchen was well stocked with every kind of appliance you could want, even a cabinet full of spices. However, the building and its residents gave off the vibe that we were intruding. I have never seen a 6 page list of rules before. I wouldn't bring a family of kids and teens to this condo. But as Gen Xers, we did enjoy the quiet. A great "adults only" property.
