I truly regret staying at that property. The place seems old and the room was definitely below the basic standard to included in the Wyndham group. The room was not very clean; the bed seemed old with lots of lumps in the mattress plus there were stains on the top sheet (kinda like a comforter). In addition the bed squeaked with every turn. The hotel advertised "breakfast included" so I thought at least continental. However, all that was offered were muffins, some kind of sugar bun, apples, coffee, and orange juice. The room was cleaned (well, the bed was made and a towel I used was replaced) only once during my 4 nights stay. I just couldn't bother with the hassel of checking out and losing money to go and find another accommodation. Plus it was freezing cold in Ormond Beach. I did not have a comfortable stay at all and was happy to leave after 4 uncomfortable nights. I would dedinitely not stay at this property again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Rooms are very dirty, mold in the mini fridge. Someone’s tobacco dropping in one of the drawers. Sticky stains on all the tables. Shower curtain molding, people outside your room doing odd things late night.

The room has an electrical outlet box with exposed wires down by the floor. This is very dangerous. You can get an electrical shock. Furthermore, the air conditioner is not working. The room and hotel feels and looks neglected. A poor establishment that does not reflect a good experience by Wyndham.

We ended up not staying at this hotel because the hotel is maintained extremely bad condition. See the pictures posted here’, Cockroach, bad moisture and smoking smells,very dirty floors, only single light in whole room, bed sheet had smoking burned hole, reddish wet spit on bed, dirty bathroom, etc. we booked 3 rooms and all were dirty , could not stay and rented other hotel. Need to get the refund for Expedia.

Had laptop stolen by staff. Police seen employees entry room on camera but could not recover or charge employees because the main camera was out and visibility was limited AVOID at all cost unless you are homeless! Arrived at night could not tell condition.

First assigned room smelled musty and toilet did not work. Second room was a little better but had very dirty floors, pill container under bed and a hot shot energy bottle behind the fridge. Also had to request 2 additional pillows because tje two on the bed were terribly in need of throwing away.
