Hotel system was down and could not check in for 1.5 hours. Internet very spotty and which made it difficult to complete work assignments. Key was deactivated and were locked out of hotel and room and had extreme difficulty getting new key because check in was not processed correctly on check in. Saad at the hotel desk was very helpful and apologized for the service and issues we had with the other employees. Hotel was clean and breakfast was average. I would not recommend this hotel.

Here’s a polished version: Reworded: Everything was very good and the staff were extremely accommodating. My only concern was with the booking. I reserved three double queen rooms through the app, but upon arrival, only two were listed. My confirmation email clearly shows all three rooms. Fortunately, the staff were wonderful and helped me rebook the third room without any issues.

Breakfast was the best part of this property. Otherwise, the staff lacks friendliness, there are unannounced charges applied after check in for "self-parking" as well as additional night of stay applied to my credit card. Manager is not accessible and does not return calls nor handles problems efficiently. They literally helped themselves to my credit card after check out.
