They really made my fiance's 45th birthday special with a room upgrade and champagne. The rooftop lounge is a vibe. Will definitely make this our go to spot in Daytona.

Loved the rooftop bar and music! So much to do within 1-2 miles. Beach access across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms need upgrades but beds were super comfortable. Pool area can use some love as well.

Never Again

When we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the front desk and there were two parties waiting ahead of us. We waited about 5 minutes and asked the other parties if they'd at least seen someone and they responded that they hadn't. I decided to call the hotel on my cell phone to see if someone would come answer the phone and that's when a lady showed up finally. I hung up so she would start helping the guests. The room we were assigned was in steerage, the basement floor, room 109. We got to the room and one of the pillows looked like it had been slept on, and the sheets looked like they'd been slept on. The coverlet at the end of the bed was filthy with 'something' on it. I went back to the front desk and showed her the photos of the bedding, she did 'upgrade' us to a city view room, room 306 (which is what I reserved in the first place) without any additional cost she said... well I should hope not, since that's what I booked online. When we got to the upgraded room, it was sparse furnishings, one lone stacking chair to sit on other than the bed, the room was in disrepair. The floor had a cherry stem at the end of the bed, and the sink at the counter was dirty with some sludge running down the side. Needless to say, we did not stay the night. Since we had an event to go to, we used the room to store our belongings until after the event, then drove the 1.5 hours home so as not to have to stay. We stayed there before, with no complaints... things are different now!

The hotel was ok, it was the people that rented there. They were up all times of night in the hallway making lots of noise. I didn't get any sleep. There was no microwave

Room was absolutely clean , bathroom was a perfect size with a walk in shower that was spotless , the atmosphere was calming and the air was refreshing. The lady at the front desk i didn’t get her name but she has short dirty blonde hair she was absolutely amazing and carried a decent conversation with me overall I had a perfect stay

Will work if you have no other options

If you're looking for somewhere quick to stay for the night, it would work but its definitely not meant for extended stays or family get aways. It's dingy and soooooo small. The noise never ends which was fine for us but your kids will never sleep. Daytona Beach as a whole is dirty and has gone so far downhill. It was a quick reminder why we dont visit and will not be back

The front desk staff was wonderful, the hotel has a rooftop bar, and a cool coffee/pastry truck with seating outside. Unless you like being half underground, I do not recommend rooms on the first floor, which is actually down one level from the entrance. The view from room 109 was eye level with the ground. One window looked on a generator or ac unit and stray tanks and tools, the other window looked onto the sidewalk and road. The area outside my room looked like a cement storage closet with spare chairs and cleaning carts. Other advice is avoid the 4th floor as it is right under the rooftop bar. I stayed here because it is walking distance to the Peabody Auditorium. Even though I walked (<.5 miles) at 7 pm on a Friday night, I felt safer in New Orleans than I did walking to the venue and even took a Lyft back since the front desk advised me not to walk back after 10 p.m. There are some nice elements to the hotel but my room was below average and because of my overall experience, I would not stay here again.

Upon walking in the door I was greeted with rap music a half naked woman another woman and a man and if his fight and was made to park almost a quarter mile away from the hotel itself with all of my luggage I never made it into my actual room because it took three attempts of failing before I'd finally had enough and realize that the atmosphere of this specific hotel is not something was very friendly family environmental and was unacceptable and asked for a refund.... The party atmosphere was a little too much and the occupants were just the same
