Room was good - front desk staff didn’t greet me when I walked in. I was the only one in the room. There were two people at the front desk. When nobody asked if unneeded assistance while I was standing there, I walked to the person on my left and said that I was here to check in. He didn’t say anything and pointed at the other person. I walked to her and she took one AirPod out of here ear and acted like I was bothering her. They seem to care less about visitors and just wanted to get back to watching videos on their phones, not a great look for your hotel

As usual, the place is always super clean and smells good. The staff are very nice. But was shocked that they are now charging $10 a day for parking. To me that’s unacceptable you pay for a room you pay for upgrades you pay for this you pay for that and now you pay to put your car where you’re sleeping for the night or staying!! Was very unhappy about that. And they don’t really seem to care.
