Pros: I liked the ability to text the front desk for needed items. They were quick to respond. Enjoyed all the outdoor pools. Easy beach access. Cons: Check in wasn’t very smooth, took 2 hours pass the check in time. After traveling since 3 am to get there I was beyond ready to get into our room. The wrist band was convenient-I wish it could have been used to open our room door as well-I didn’t like having to keep up with the bracket and room card. I also had to get the two cards recalibrated -stopped working.
