First off, it took myself as well as another family close to an hour to even reach someone for checkin because you are suppose to call a number when you get there and then someone comes down to check you in. After I got my receipt and key card, I walked into the room and roaches were on top of the bed comforter by the pillows. I was absolutely shocked and grossed out because this has never happened to me before. I went to tell the guy who checked me in (Josh), but he didn’t say much about it.. just that he could go kill it for me. I told him no and left and had to go find somewhere else to stay that night. The next day, I talked to a guy named Kevin and he said “they don’t usually give refunds,” but we didn’t even stay there that night and HELLO THERE WERE ROACHES! I haven’t even gotten a call back and they are not picking up the phone. Horrible experience!

The room was extremely dated. Hole in door covered in duct tape. Rusting fixtures. Luke warm water. Disgusting smell. A/C didn't help with the moldy/musty smell. A/C extremely noisy. Had to choose between noisy A/C and terrible smell. But the sheets were clean and slept well. Hotel is reported to have changed ownership and will be renovated. Won't be back.
