This gorgeous, oceanfront home is outfitted with everything needed for a fantastic beach trip! The private, outdoor oasis really sets the tone for the whole trip. An oceanfront pool is surrounded by a sundeck with an abundance of outdoor loungers. Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, this pool is not heated. From the sundeck, you can walk through your private, wooden beach entrance and feel your toes in the sand. The other side of the pool hosts a fun, covered patio which includes an outdoor kitchen, luxurious lounger, and outdoor shower. The outdoor kitchen includes a mini-fridge, sink, and propane grill.
The covered patio is connected to the pool house. The pool house includes one guest bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the garage. This is a great room for those seeking solace from the hustle and bustle of the main house as it's detached from the main house. Please note: this is the only room in the house without heat. It does have A/C but not heat. It's rarely cold enough to need heat here but please be aware if booking in Winter.
The other side of the pool deck leads into the first floor of the main house. Three bedrooms are on the first floor of the main house. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, separate access to the pool deck, and an ensuite bathroom which includes a gorgeous, walk-in shower. The primary suite holds a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom features a garden tub, double vanity, and spacious, walk-in shower. The last bedroom on the firt floor of the main house is perfect for tiny travelers! It features two twin/full bunk beds and even includes two twin trundle beds allowing for up to 8 guests in just this bedroom. This bedroom also features a TV and dark curtains to help little ones rest up after a day of fun in the sun.
The second floor of the home holds the living room, kitchen, half bathroom, one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and an oceanfront balcony. The oceanfront balcony was fully remodeled in 2026 and now offers a completely shaded space with luxurious furniutre. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean from the elevated view point on soft furnishings. The balcony also includes an outdoor dining set for enjoying meals al fresco near the main kitchen. The second level's open floor plan allows for endless oceanfront views! The oceanfront living room features a large sectional and Smart TV. The dining area is adjacent to the fully remodeled kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and features additional counter space between the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen includes a cozy window seat right next to the coffee bar. There is a full bathroom near the kitchen on this level that's not attached to a bedroom. The second floor guest bedroom holds a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom including a tiled walk-in shower.
The home includes a convenient laundry room as well as a 2-car garage and driveway. This home allows for up to 4 vehicles or the motorcycle equivalent. Please note that we do not allow trailer parking on-site but can refer you to an off-site parking company upon request. Please be aware that the garage is fully manual so you would open and close it manually if you wanted to utilize it.

Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.
