We didn't stay as it was so bad and there were homeless people outside the door, seemingly high, other people were at the desk complaining that we did not stay and would like a refund. Hotel was not ok to rent out. Unsafe

It's not the room that's in the pictures. It doesn't have a dresser it doesn't have a bar to hang up your clothes. There's no iron there's no microwave there's no coffee pot as stated. There's no telephone there's no alarm clock. The TV didn't work the Spectrum had going out and when it did work it was very glitchy. I would not recommend this place to anybody because it's misrepresented. And also when I told the manager he kept trying to get me to check out and give me a refund instead of switching my room or trying to fix the problems.

Rooms were VERY basic. IE High metal frame beds no headboards a single chair no place to hang clothes. Also very very dated - 1980s dated. Bathroom door was delaminated, front door stuck closed and required a good deal of force to open. Sheets had tears and burns as did the chair upholstery. No ice (buckets or machine) the one machine I found had obviously not worked in years. But the room was fairly clean

Shower barely worked, there was pink mold in the shower and the shower floor was disgusting. The curtains didn't fully close, some of the outlets didn't work, and there were bugs in the bathroom. Additionally, the bedding was dirty and the mattresses were filthy.

The room was dirty and run down. Needed cleaned. We were traveling with 4 other families and the one family opened there door and seen cockroaches and bodily fluids staining the sheets. Would not recommend there is a reason for the cheap price. Much nicer hotels for a few dollars more save yourself the hassle of trying to get a refund and looking for another hotel room at midnight.

The rooms were filthy and outdated. The bed sheets were stained, the shower curtains were stained, and the tub had telltale marks. The rooms smell bad. Really uncomfortable situation.

No heat, room looked like something out of a murder series. Burn holes in the window treatments. No smoke detector just wires hanging from the ceiling floors were sticky and gross shower was disgustingly gross. Really surprised we didn’t end up with roaches or bedbugs. When I said there was no heat in Florida coldest time ever (it was in the 20s) they shrugged and said come get the space heater. Only stayed one night not even a full night and they refuse to give a refund. I was not staying there with my 6 year old. The pictures and the reality were 2 different things. Plus I booked a room with a king bed. I got a room with 2 doubles. Not happy will be disputing with my credit card company if they won’t give the refund

The absolute worst experience and wouldn't recommend. I planned a fun and exciting weekend with my fiance that turns south. We got our keys to enter the room and it was beyond the most filthiest environment I have ever been in. The floor was caving in, there were holes in the ceiling in the wall, the bathroom tub was falling apart in pieces on the floor, the sheets and the curtains and the fixtures were all died with yellow stains as if someone peed on them. The closet shelves were bending in and could not bear any weight. And the TV stand was in pieces. It wasn't even 5 minutes we were in the room and after inspecting it we had to find other options at 9:30 p.m. at night. I felt absolutely fooled with images about how this was marketed.. very disappointed for the establishment for not taking the proper cleaning and safety solutions that majority of hotels uphold. It's not just about keeping something clean. It's about upholding some professionalism so that families who bring their family members to an establishment can feel safe. This was not done and this establishment. Very disappointed.
