Good service. Facility had been renovated, but was still a tad bit dated. There was a big gap between the exterior door and the floor. I had to place a bath towel down to prevent pest entry. New door sweep needed or adjustment to brackets

Did a late-night check-in and got a room that was left as-is by the previous resident. Was told they only clean rooms on certain days of the week. This should never happen at any hotel no matter how cheap!

On first arrival we had 2 cockroaches in the room. Which I feel are normal for Florida. After that we did not have any bugs. The room felt dirty. Staff was friendly, great location, and the outside property was nice. I did enjoy my stay but probably wouldn’t return to this hotel.

The fact that I picked this facility for my mother in law and my husband’s nephew is embarrassing. There were roches in the room. One fell on my nephews back while he was sleeping. Housekeeping only came and took the trash never left bags never vacuum the room never cleaned the entirety of the room. Ny mother in law noticed that yhe roim wasn’t being properly cleaned because there was already garbage in a corner that was still there when she left. Front desk was nice. The building wasn’t dirty. The pool my mother in law used it once said it was nice. Just the room amenities are outdated and they need to call pest control to get all those rooms. Also she said breakfast was nice. But unfortunately the Roaches and the non cleaning properly is heavier than the rest. Luckily my mother in law bought some cleaning products and did the cleaning herself. Sorry couldn’t give this hotel a 5 star

Good place to stay for a great rate

The rooms were all clean. The AC or working perfectly. The continental breakfast was worth what you pay for for the rooms. And whenever we needed extra paper or towels they were at our room within a few minutes. Excellent place to stay. Close to Old Town. McDonald's, Burger king, Taco Bell we're all within walking distance. There was also a TGI Friday right across the street

The stay was average. Only one recommendation. Please remove carpet. Vinyl flooring is more sanitary and give the rooms a better cleanliness feel.
