Check in was not great tried to check in early at 12 they told us to return at 2 came back and was told we had to wait until 4 . We weren't offered any welcome drinks and staff didn't know the property well at all the circled two buildings and said you are in this one or this ine not helpful with luggage carts ect. Everything was great. Place was just as good or better than the pictures you see on the listing. No surpasses here and everything went well. Great experience, great view, great atmosphere. Huge balcony, more than ample size room, bathroom, entry way.. luxurious, comfortable, super close to a plethora of restaurants, bars, experiences, shops etc. Will make this our "go to" place. Didn't get to experience the water park or the pool area cause it was cold while we were there so i can't speak on that but everything within the hotel lobby, which is huge and beautiful, was convenient (a couple of restaurants, a little market that you can get access to everything from coffee and delicious pastries to nausea meds and cold or hot sandwiches and even liquor) Absolutely loved it but don't recommend it because i want to keep it to myself sorry not sorry

Checking in and checking out is horrible! You have to wait in line for quite a while and they never have more than two people there to help. You cannot check out on the tv in the room as most places lets you do as well. Also, they NEVER answer the phone at the front desk. Dining is very limited because the outdoor bar only serves casual food until 6. If you want to have an indoor meal, their restaurant is too fancy, no casual food. Their provisions store is very limited as well. Will never stay here again as there is so many other places close by.

First room has no AC/heat functioning. Froze for the first night. Had to use 2 blankets. Then moved to a room where the floor came up from multiple spots and injured my foot and my spouse. Bleeding everywhere. Good luck getting housekeeping or help or proper support. Housekeeping never showed in my entire stay. And if your room needs soap, you won’t get anyone to refill it. They will hand you a ketchup bottle full of liquid soap and tell you to use that. Completely ridiculous stay. To talk to anyone, the customer service drops the calls or connects you to other guests rooms. No one cares if you are ok.

I've stayed at Margaritaville many times and this was a let down. I was not given a room upgrade, even though it was literally dead. My drink at the pool was terrible which made me not get anymore. I ordered a Cuban and he stated they were out. I had high expectations but was deeply let down.
