Staff was excellent,issue with room key card lock wouldn't work several times ! Maintenance guy had to pry open with 3 screw drivers,could see marks on door frame from previous issues replace lock! Also second elevator not working it's was pretty full on weekend long waits for elevator

There was very dirty bathroom. The elevator did not work had to carry luggage down the stairs. Very bad smell thru out the hotel and room. I served 21 years in the army and had never seen a worse hotel anywhere until I visited this one.

the room was ok.there was a pop can on the floor by the bed. when i left a tip my bed got made. when i didnt leave a tip she sat towels on the vanity and left. I had asked for room servive every day, of which i dont think you should have to ask, and again it was half room service.Breakfast was very good as were the ladies serving it

We have stayed at this hotel for many years and have always enjoyed it. The 24 hour pool & hot tub is great for us and we love being able to just walk over to Old Town, Fun Spot or mini golf. The breakfast options are always good and we find the staff to be friendly, accommodating and helpful.
