Got charge for two days parking which I already paid. The rooms are great very spacious but the whole hallways of the place smells like macdonalds kitchen very bad. Front staff has poor attitude and the small market is great but only two people working make everything so slow. I will not sure if I will booked again.

We stayed 4 nights. Our room was never cleaned by housekeeping. Trash cans were overflowing. Curtain To shower wasn’t long or wide enough. Water leaked out of shower when bathing. Water damage was already evident on the bathroom walls and floors. We paid $36 plus gratuity for 2 small Pina coladas. We do not recommend this property.

Fantastic Resort

Our stay was wonderful at the Grove. It is a beautiful property that really caters to families and couples alike. The amenities are fantastic for families. My teenage daughters really enjoyed the pool/water park. The superior suites are amazingly spacious, clean, modern and large. The screened in balconies are an added bonus. We had sublime service from the front desk. Especially from Miguel. We had an issue with uber drivers and timing. He was the most gracious host and could not have been kinder to my husband and I. Every person we met at the resort was friendly and kind. It’s very nice when someone actually says hello and how are you today. We truly enjoyed our short stay. So much so we will be back again soon.

Great family friendly resort! A lot of activities for kids. Beautiful ground with lots of greenery and lakes. There seem to be some renovations happening in a few of the buildings but other than that the resort was nice stay.
