Great property for a family stay! The place is very clean with excellent service. The apartments are modern, beautiful, and thoughtfully equipped—even with small details like can openers, dish soap, glasses, coffee cups, and a Keurig coffee machine. They also provide a washer and dryer on-site, which makes the stay even more convenient.

There were garbage bags in front of our door when checking in and remained there until the afternoon of the next day until we complained due to the smell. Towels missing in our room. Also the alarm clock went off at 6 am. Calendar provided at check in was for September and gave no information about the days of our stay here. So far hasn't been a good experience.

Grove went major down hill since the first time we visited this place last August. Staffs NEVER answer texts messages anymore. I texted and called a million time regarding a noisy fan in the master bedroom- I need fan to sleep and yet NO ONE came. Until 3 days before we were leaving and all he did was look at it and said I’ll be back with a ladder and never came back. Unbelievable! They also don’t text back regarding pool closing and opening during thunderstorm- which happens here a lot!!! So how are u suppose to know? Keep checking by going to the pool from the 6th floor??? Management really needs to change here! There was also an incident where a random person came to our door at night and knocked and when we opened he said some nonsense about birds- what kind of people come here, no safety and no security! Where are the cameras?! Very dirty and they don’t offer free cleaning- they charge a lot for it- even for someone staying 10 nights, you would think they would offer at least 1 day of courtesy cleaning. Never returning again!

The lady at the receptionist desk was VERY RUDE! I couldn’t hear her because of the music that was playing in the lobby and the noise from other people who were in the lobby which was fine however the young lady was appearing to get agitated because I couldn’t hear what she was saying. She was so nasty to me that she literally couldn’t take the time out to explain to me where I was supposed ti be going. She circles it on the map and told me the instructions will show me.

One of the worst properties we have ever stayed at. The room was horrible, husband got bit by bed bugs. It was filthy. Nobody was helpful except the Security Mgr. Ted, and Olivia, the Guest Service Mgr. We are still fighting for a refund. The outside is filled with people smoking weed, not safe for families with small kids.

Meals not included, but they advertised that breakfast was included. Once I arrived to check-in they stated they didn’t offer free breakfast. I was very disappointed, other than that I had a great time and the condo was very spacious and the main bedroom was amazing. I will definitely be going back very soon.
