Highly recommended, apartment was more than we expected. Only negative’s were the iron, more or less didn’t work, communal corridors are dated, the costs for late check out were excessively high but overall we had a great time. - Good location - Large apartment - Fresh Towels twice during our stay

Bit outdated but great service!

The service was great! The only thing that lowers my rating is that property is a bit outdated. The room had signs of wear as well as the property but those things can be overlooked when you consider the hardworking staff. I want to give praise to one gentleman in particular...Steve out front by valet is fantastic. He helped us and I just to make sure his work doesn't go unnoticed. Will be back soon!

It was not a bad experience except for when we go to check in the front lady said we have no reservations even though we have a print out an our reservation with the information. So after we when out to try get intouch with Expedia. I thought how she said that and at the gate they has our name. So when went back in and get another lady. She pull everything you by name That was a bad experience for us.

This is an all inclusive option, affordable for almost any budget. For the price of a hotel suite, you also get access to entertainment and a water park. We live locally and still found this to be one of our favorite weekend getaways.

The pools and water park were nice, though smaller than the pictures made it seem. However, when we checked in at 6:30 pm we were told our room wasn't ready and we had to wait 2 hours for it to become available. If you are on the side of the water park, they play the music very loud until almost 10 pm, not to mention the storm alarm that goes off at the first hint of lightning. The rooms are also not very sound proof and the chairs scraping across the floor reverberate through the ceiling. Overall an ok stay but not what I expected.
