It was exactly the way that it was described. What a very pleasant vacation. Everything was very clean and neat and tidy. It was very relaxing. We only used the hot tub one time, but it was lovely. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anybody Looking for a great place to stay. .

Disney Trip

Pros: Convenient to the parks, lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy check in, spacious, AC works great, plenty of hot water, visually appealing, fast Wi-Fi, gated, and above all else, quiet!Cons: Unit was a bit dirty (cobwebs), minimally stocked to cook (utensils), concierge was useless/wouldn’t respond to questions (no telephone, she just uses email), night stands are super low, TVs are cumbersome to use, bathroom vanities are very tall for the shorter people. Beds are very firm! Pro tips: You are booking the resort, you will have your unit assigned when checking in. Ask for a unit that backs up to the pond. Target nearby for mobile order pick up of groceries. Getting to parks in the morning is quick and easy. Coming out, expect bumper to bumper traffic, it will take 2-3x time to get back. Stay again? Likely
