THE SPACE
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Light and bright with a large living with a big screen Smart TV. Recently upgraded with new floors and paint throughout and new seating area. The kitchen has beautiful granite work tops and comes fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet party at our huge dining table with fabulous views. The den is a quiet corner to relax with a book and offers a futon for extra guests.

BED & BATH
All bedrooms have pillow-top mattress, top quality linens, flat screen TVs with premium channels. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom has a king size bed and there are 2 full beds in the third bedroom. The 2 guest rooms share a full family bathroom. Just beyond the living area is a furnished lanai and the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a cold drink after a hectic day or enjoy breakfast while watching the bird life around Lake Cay. The condo has a full size washer and dryer in the unit so pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains!

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate us to change the property confirmed on your reservation, we will seek to relocate your reservation to a property of a similar or superior standard within our available inventory.
