I checked in and out immediately. I checked in around 8pm, when to my room, there was people smoking marihuana, laud music. then I got into my room, when to the bathroom, there where pee and poop inside the toilet, shower was full of hair and took floss, rashes crawling all over, the kitchen walls full of crease. I had to run away from that place. it's not a place for a mother and daughter to spend the night. dangerous and dirty place.

Ovebooked, they have no room for me and I have a conformation regarding my booking and they are not have zero interest to help, they do nothing and their was many people with the same problem. When i am at home i will check what i can do with my lawyer. Attached the conformation from my booking. Additional Hotels.com ia not available to fix the problem in this night and i search at the whole website. If the complete conformation nesessary, i can provide it.

Check in was easy. Parking was great, had a spot right in front of our room. No problem with our key card, went right in. Room was decent. No odor. Refrigerator had food stains on outside of door. Microwave was dirty inside. Bathroom was ok. Had mold along the shower. But hey it was only for 1 night. There were guests sitting outside and walking all around at all hours. But we mind our business so we'll. Check out was weird. Asked about getting my 100 deposit back. We were informed that housekeeping had to check our room first and she told us she didn't know when that would be. Wow. The way the room looks, I find it hard to believe that they even have regular housekeepers. But you get what you paid for. I give it 4 out of 10 stars
