This beautiful 5 bedroom spacious home is located at the Encore Resort, a prime location in Orlando with less than a 10 minute ride to Walt Disney World! You will immediately feel at home in this mid century modern style furnished and decorated home which is further enhanced by a large private pool and hot tub for days at home or relaxing after the parks.

Sleeping up to 12 people, this home provides bedrooms on both floors as well as spacious, well equipped accommodation including a Queen sized suite on the first floor and a games room with Pool table, Ping Pong and Air Hockey. Two themed children's rooms provide accommodation for up to 6 children, making this a great place for 2 families sharing.

Great Family Spot

Really nice house, everything they advertise. Our only issue was the hot tub didn’t work correctly. But the pool was still nice and didn’t affect our stay.

We had the best time, and by far, our most pleasant and enjoyable VRBO stay! We had a small issue with the hot tub, but we called and it was fixed very quickly! The staff that came to check on the property were very pleasant and professional! House was very clean, comfortable, and we had a wonderful time! Highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed!

Family Vacation

This is our second time staying at this home. Pros: It is in a great location close to a lot of places but also in a safe community. The pool has a pool shelf which is great for young kids. There are multiple bedrooms with a connected bathroom. There was additional furniture out by the pool this stay with an umbrella which was nice to have to use. Cons: The spa was not working the first day and the main level floors were dirty upon arrival. There was also still maintenance issues that hadn’t been corrected since our stay the year prior (ex. a broken globe in one bedroom, broken hinge on pool storage bin etc). There was also a party at the house next door on our last day, when security was called they turned the music off but continued yelling and screaming outside until 2am keeping everyone up in our house. Some things to note if you want to stay here are that you have to bag all garbage but only two trash bags are provided. It would be nice to have one bag per day of the reservation provided. There is also a lack of privacy as there is constantly yard workers, pool crew etc coming into the backyard without notice. On our last day we talked to management who said pool crew would wait until after 2:30pm to come, yet 3 individuals came at different times over an hour span that morning for the pool so there was definitely a communication break down there. It’s definitely a nice house and area to stay at but some minor changes, communicati

Wonderful stay

I would stay here again. It was a wonderful property. The only improvement which is very minor is the kitchen equipment that was provided. I would suggest some bigger pots and pans and some some measuring spoons. They have measuring cups but no spoons. Overall great stay!!

Good vacation spot for families

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and looked just as the listing showed. The pool wasn’t heated at first but they were able to fix the issue the first day. The property is in a safe neighborhood and the pool was very nice. The only thing that wasn’t as good was communication was very slow when contacting management.

Very nice ,quiet neighborhood.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Very quiet relaxing neighborhood. The only down fall is you don’t have access to the water park or any other activities in the “encore” resort if you booked your vacation through vrbo.

Great stay. The property was great. Completely met our needs of six people. They were extremely responsive to anything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The house is extremely clean the backyard and pool were gorgeous. The pool and hot tub were heated and worked great. No complaints. Would come back again.

Great Stay!

The kids loved this house with the gane room & pool! The pool alarm takes time to get use too. The rooms are big and each room has it's own bathroom which is a plus! Great gated community felt safe! The only downfall was they have a waterpark in the neighborhood that we weren't allowed to use, & you can't adjust the AC temp.
