It's old world coastal charm mixed with an updated eclectic artistic side. Why didn't I see any reviews about the twinkling stars in my stateroom bedroom? For some one like me- this was magic! I loved the original hard woods, fire pits, s'mores, croquet. We ate at the wheelbarrow inn both nights, we enjoyed it. I wish they had more food options other than pizza and wings, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the game room, and I truly loved the endless supply of coffee through out the grounds. 10/10 I will be coming again. I may choose to stay in a cabin next time. It's south of most of the people, but not far from shopping, or mo's or pelican brewing.

Fun place!

Quirky, fun place to stay. Like the s'mores kit and multiple beds in one cabin. Great value. Love the Adirondack chairs around the campfires! Like the amenities room and decor on the property. Such fun.

What a great place. Well run and friendly staff. Beds were super comfortable. Enjoyable and RELAXING overall. Old school vibe. Great areas to hang out in around the property. Pizza, 3 solid beers on tap, plus good wine. I highly recommend this hotel.

We love this property anytime we come to the beach. It’s so family friendly with separate bedrooms, the game room, fire pits and mini golf, not to mention the food is amazing. We always make new friends out by the fire out and just love the vibes here.

Quick getaway

Really cool and unique place. Rustic and great for families with bigger pets. No pool, but other amenities made up for it. S'mores kit was perfect touch for the multiple gas and fire pits. Another surprise was turning off the lights in bedroom and ceiling turned into outer space. Service was great in the bar and restaurant

We landed here after another motel "lost" our reservation, and ended up being quite pleased. Very welcoming place to stay, and although we were not traveling with children, this place is also very family oriented. Very comfy bed and sweet amenities.
