This place. My husband and I went on an 8-night road trip down the Pacific Coast Highway (both 101 and 1) and stayed at a different hotel every night, as we were not in the same city/town for more than a day. This was most definitely my favorite pick out of any of the places we stayed! The staff was very friendly when we checked in. The hotel was very clean and updated. Our room was great, from the bed to the soaker tub, to the shower. But what really sealed this as my top pick for the trip was the view. We had a sliding door with a small patio and the most incredible view of the ocean. It was just lovely. The area was very nice and the hotel was in proximity to a lot of great beach areas that we explored. The complimentary breakfast had a large selection and was good. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back in the future!

I love the cleanliness, the bed was wonderful, the shower was modern and spacious, and the pool/spa area was clean and nicely decorated. Having the free breakfast was great and there was a nice spread. Coffee was great!

Hotel is a great deal for the price. It’s an older place but that’s part of the charm. Very clean and quiet. It is on the beach with beautiful views but you cannot get on the beach from the hotel because it’s on a cliff. This makes for wonderful views from the window but if you want to walk on the beach you have to walk a little bit to get to an entry. I’d stay here again.

The view from these rooms is just spectacular! I loved the fire pits and chairs, too. Fresh cookies every evening is a nice touch and the coffee truly good! The only negative I encountered was the fitness room which was so hot it could have been a sauna. Not possible to exercise in heat like that which was disappointing.
