We enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was great and was so close to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the front porch, the Little Italy neighborhood and the nearby park. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you could want and the linens are also excellent. The A/C worked great. We cooked several meals there and had everything we needed. Koko was extremely communicative and just a quick message away for anything we needed. Check-in and out was super easy. Off-street parking was nice. The only negative is the angled ceilings in parts of the upstairs; we are a tall family so we and had to duck in a few areas around the beds and in the bathroom and in the stairways. But it was not a big deal. Just fyi. The photos show the angles in the two upstairs bedrooms. Overall it was a great stay! Thank you, Koko!

Home was so close to all the sites we wanted to visit! The stairway upstairs was a bit scary (no railings), I wouldn't recommend for family with toddler aged children. House though was clean and lovely! Could use some updated or more kitchen plates/bowls/cups.

Convenient and Clean

Overall a great stay. Came for the College World Series and was about 5 minutes from the field. House was clean, organized and labeled. Plenty of coffee and room for 6 guests. Koko was a message away to fix anything we needed. If you are traveling with friends or family great spot!

Attentive to our needs.

Koko was a super great host always attentive to our needs, and always willing to help and was very easy to speak to for any reasons, the house as well was cozy and well located, short distance to everything and a short drive to work.
