Are room was clean. Staff was extremely rude on 2 different accounts. When we arrived I asked for the crib accommodation that your site says you offer and the receptionists was very rude said that wasn't something you guys offer. Second occurrence was when my husband tried to top off his OJ at 9:02am and the staff was extremely rude about that. It was 2 minutes past and it was OJ. It wasn't like he was trying to fill a plate. Also wasn't much to choose from for breakfast options. The crib accommodation and continental breakfast were the only reason why we picked this hotel. There was also a person in their car shooting up drugs in their arm parked right beside our vehicle. Also the bathroom in our room (208) had zero hot water pressure. It was so low you can't even turn the shower on. The only way to turn the shower on was when it was set on cold water and then slowly turn it to warm water. You couldn't turn it all the way to have an actual hot shower because it would turn the shower off because of not having enough water pressure. The ceiling around the light in the bathroom was also damaged. Was missing chunks and pieces were hanging. The only nice thing I have to say is the hotel was clean.

We were very pleased with our stay. I would say that the breakfast was very basic with no biscuits or gravy and very few bread choices as most were gone before 8 am.

We had really long black hair on our beds. Plus a foundation makeup stain on the bedding as well. The shower was really hard to get turned on. When we had addressed the front desk about the hair and stain, she told my husband “Your wife has long hair, yes?” To which my husband responded, “My wife is blonde” and then she replied “I was only kidding” we received new sheets, which were also stained with what looked like black marker. I would submit the pictures I took if it were an option. You get what you pay for I suppose….

I don't understand how La Quinta would allow it's brand to be used by this hotel. After booking online (unfortunately non refundable) we pulled up to see things like screens ripped, windows obviously suffering from broken seals and just an overall indication that the building was run down. Checked in, hesitantly, and upon entering the room, it smelled - like urine. I've learned to pull back the sheets to examine if they were clean and noticed there were hairs on the sheets. Went to desk to change rooms. Second room, no better - smelled and hair and oil stains on sheet. Third time, desk manager came with me and although the bed didn't have hair, it smelled. My wife absolutely refused to stay here so we booked another room at a hotel across the street and never even attempted to get a refund - I was done with this place. Should have acted based on some of the other negative reviews as the pictures are misleading making it look better than it is. I'd say it was horrible. Do not book. This should have a 0 star rating.

Absolutely th worst bed I have ever slept in. Tried both sides and neither was any better than the other. Zero back support. I have never woken up with back pain before. My back has been sore for 3 days straight because of that bed.

Check in was fine, the room was adequate, the cable TV signal sucked at times, and the area was decent in that it is next to highway so folks can’t just hang out, but there were plenty of zombies hanging out, which added an exciting element of chance and danger of your car being broken into.

Decent hotel for price

The overall hotel was nice, step above a motel 8 in that regards. No offensive smells when you walk in or walk through the halls. Breakfast was as you expect for a small hotel; fruit, toast, and waffle maker. The beds themselves were comfortable, and the AC worked well. Friendly staff. Cons however; the bathroom was not cleaned well. Hair on the walls of the shower that definitely did not belong to me or my partner. And some boogers (???) on the wall by the toilet and the back of the door. Another concern was the lack of tornado shelter/fire escape route, and the staff not knowing. We had some very iffy weather with the tornado sirens going off. There was nothing in the room that showed a tornado shelter or fire escape. I went down to the front desk to ask where the tornado shelter is, and she also had no idea. Luckily it was just damaging wind and nothing any more serious. Overall decent stay, but probably won’t stay again.
