Noticeably clean!

The breakfast composition was amazing, and was probably one of the best tasting hotel breakfasts I’ve had! Moreover, it was noticeably clean. Many hotels are clean, but this one it felt clean! Only a few members of the staff weren’t attentive and missed greeting me. The only downside was the shower water pressure. “Mountain mist” is the best way to describe it. Overall, a great stay and would visit again.

Went to chech in at 2:50. guy said check in isnt until 3:00. my sister checked in 30 min before that and another lady was checking in after he told me that and was very rude. They also tried to charge me double for the room after I paid through Expedia. the were very rude the whole weekend.

Front staff wasn't super friendly at check-in, rooms were just ok, only one ice machine in the entire hotel was in working order. Cooking staff was wonderful, very friendly and breakfast was good. Just wish the hotel was in better repair.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. The pool was closed, the ice machine was broken. The coffee maker in the room did not work. One of the coffee makers in the dining area was not working either. Seems they have a lot of maintenance to do. Especially with it being Labor Day weekend you would think at least the pool be open.

Safe and clean

The hotel felt very safe and in general very clean. However, the pool was broken, and that was a main reason for us staying there with children. They shouldn’t advertise having one if it doesn’t work! Also, our fridge didn’t work in the room, so we brought back leftovers, put them away the first night and they spoiled. Bummer! Price was good, location was convenient.

Stayed Here Several Times Before But No Longer

My family has stayed here since the hotel was new, and unfortunately, things have gone downhill as they tend to do. When new, this hotel was fantastic, easily 5 out of 5 stars. Now, I struggle to give it 2.5 out of 5 stars. The pool (one of the main draws for a family with 4 kids) was broken through our entire 5-day stay. No one even appeared to be working to fix it. The elevator did a little "dance" on the third floor before opening the doors, and it scared my kids enough that they took the stairs for the entire rest of the week, even after the elevator's up and down shaking went away on the second or day. Not sure if it was by chance or from maintenance. The breakfast was the same items...every....single...day. No variety whatsoever. I'd never seen this at a hotel breakfast before. Even the signature cinammon rolls were dry and unenjoyable. The best part of breakfast was the automated pancake maker. The mattresses in our room were very comfortable, but finding stray hairs from previous visitors in the freshly made beds and shower was off-putting. The thermostat wouldn't keep the A/C going consistently and would shut itself off at least twice a day and would have to be manually restarted. The housekeeping staff were friendly/great and would turn down the beds, empty trash, and restock towels daily, which I haven't seen offered at other mid-range hotels in years. Most of the front staff were also great. We loved staying here in the past, but we won't be staying again.

The beds were comfortable and the room was set up nicely. The hotel needs a little upkeep though. The room was very humid and moist, despite the AC being set at 65. The bathroom fan didn’t work at all. The light on the elevator button only worked occasionally so it was hard to tell if the elevator was coming or not.
