Room was great, staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good too ( cinnamon rolls) fantastic. The only negative was the construction out in the street made getting into the driveway a little goofy but that had nothing to do with the hotel. Hotel was great, will stay again soon.

Breakfast was adequate. The facility and staff were first rate. The location was terrible. The area was a business area and nothing was open after 5. No restaurants within walking distance and the one way streets and construction sites made driving difficult. Parking was the worst part of the experience. We had to download an app and pay a third party in Nashville.

The hotel itself was a nice little hotel. Not large by any means. The rooms were nothing to write home about. When we walked into our room it smelled like rotten eggs or sewer. The smell continued the duration of our stay. We were surprised to find that on top of paying to Santa’s there that once you got there you also had to pay 15.00 per night to park in the parking lot of the hotel or in any parking lot for that matter. I would have imagined this would have been included in renting a room there Staff was friendly!!

I would happily stay at this place again. I found it clean, safe, and peaceful even though it's in the middle of the city. Across the street was a great coffee shop and bookstore. Walking to the local art museum only took a few minutes and getting into the heart of downtown Omaha required a relatively swift 20 minutes. Much appreciated the patient and friendly staff.
