We were greeted by friendly staff and our room was ready. It was spacious, clean and accommodating! The breakfast options were great and again, pleasant staff. Check out is noon and that was super convenient. We will stay again!

Very Nice Hotel

The Hampton Inn appears to have had a recent remodel - everything was new and clean. The continental breakfast had a good selection and all options were properly prepared. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Omaha.

Staff are greaty. Very nice and helpful. This is the 2nd visit in the last year and the remodel is slow and things are not looking good. Bathrooms and pool closed, floor ripped up, just not nice. Won't stay here next visit in 2 months

The front desk attendant was great! She was funny, courteous and had such a great personality! The breakfast attendant was absolutely amazing! He had great food, made the kids laugh and was on top of the service!! A for this hotel!

Breakfast was excellent as usual. Dennis is the best…he does a great breakfast and is so personable. We returned because of him. The room was clean, staff great. Will always stay at this hotel whenever we visit Omaha.

When we got there no one was at the front desk. It took 20 min for someone to finally show up after calling the hotel 3 times. We brought kids that wanted to swim but the pool was closed earlier that day. Very disappointing

Breakfast was the best continental breakfast ever! The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The gym had great entertainment. There is no longer a hot tub, that was a bummer. I would definitely stay there again.

Definitely would stay there again

Very happy with the location and condition of the building and our room, with the exception of a very loud heater and shower when in use. Also there is no hot tub in the pool area. Otherwise, very clean and comfortable. Lots of counter space and ample drawers in our room. The staff was excellent.
