I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels over the years, but this was hands-down one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. After driving seven hours from Denver, exhausted and just wanting to check in and sleep, I was turned away because their own equipment couldn’t scan my ID. My ID is perfectly valid, yet because their scanner wasn’t working properly, they refused to check me in. No workaround, no effort, no common sense. Just “we can’t help you.” It was late, I was exhausted, and instead of staying at the hotel I had already booked, I had to go find another one. Completely unacceptable. Never again. If a hotel can’t even manage the basics—like checking in a guest who already has a reservation—then what’s the point? Skip this place and save yourself the frustration.

The one thing I would expect when I pay for a room with a kitchen is to have it basically stocked with essentials like plates, cooking pots and pans, cutlery, ect., having to piecemeal it through the front desk made me wish I would have called first and found a place that provided that. I would have paid a little more and be held accountable for those items in the room rather than try to find them elsewhere.

Checking in was easy and staff were great at explaining the rules. The hotel and room were very clean. The bed, however, was hard as a rock and it was difficult for me to sleep.. but some people prefer a more firm mattress... Also weird that they charge you 50.00 if you dont take your own trash out...even for a 1 night stay.
